Omegram Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Omegram account and what happens to your data afterward, as required by the Google Play Data Safety policy.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Omegram app and log in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings from your profile page.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately after confirmation — no waiting period, no further action needed.

Can't Access the App?

If you no longer have access to the app but still want your account and data deleted, email us at omegramdev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account (or with enough information to identify it, e.g. your username) and we will process the deletion manually.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:

Your profile (name, username, biography, profile photo)
Your posts, stories, comments, and likes
Your messages and chat history
Your followers/following relationships and subscriptions
Your login credentials and authentication data

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required by law or legitimate business need, such as:

Transaction and payment records, kept as required for financial/tax record-keeping.
Records related to active or unresolved reports, withdrawal requests, or disputes, kept until resolved.

This data is not used for any purpose other than legal compliance and is not accessible through the app after your account is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on data retention and your rights.
