Omegram Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Peksoft Technology Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Turkey, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Omegram mobile and web applications ("Omegram" or "Service"). By using Omegram, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We act as the Data Controller for the processing of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

2. Data We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of data:

• Profile Data: name, age, gender, email, profile picture, and other information provided via Facebook Login or Google Sign-In.
• Usage Data: IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system, country, time zone, and interaction data within the app.
• Communication Data: text messages, chat metadata, and reports of inappropriate behavior.
• Transaction Data: payment information when purchasing premium services (via App Store, Google Play, or other payment partners), including the store receipt identifier of each coin purchase, which we store to confirm the purchase and to make sure the same receipt is never credited twice.
• Virtual Currency Data: your balance and the full history of coins and diamonds earned, spent, gifted and withdrawn, kept as a ledger of individual entries.
• Payout Data: the USDT (TRC-20) wallet address or bank details you provide when requesting a payout, together with the amount and status of each request.
• Video Chat Safety Data: when a user reports another user during a video chat, a still frame captured from that call at the moment of the report, together with the reason given.
• Enforcement Data: if your access to random video chat is restricted, we record the installation identifier of the device used and the IP address the restriction was issued from, so that the restriction cannot be avoided simply by creating a new account.

Omegram does not display advertising. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs, does not collect an advertising identifier, and does not share any personal data with advertising networks.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain Omegram services.
• To personalize user experience and match users effectively.
• To enable login through Facebook, Google, or Apple.
• To monitor, analyze, and improve the Service.
• To operate the coin and diamond system: crediting verified purchases, charging for gifts, paid posts, subscriptions and private calls, and processing payout requests.
• To keep video chat safe: reviewing reports, and restricting access to random video chat where our rules have been broken.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, including detecting duplicate purchase receipts and the evasion of video chat restrictions.
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data only when one of the following applies: you have given consent; processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (service usage); processing is required to comply with a legal obligation; or processing is based on legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service improvement.

5. Sharing Your Data

We may share your personal data with payment processors (Apple, Google) for handling transactions; RevenueCat, which manages our in-app purchases and to which we send your account identifier so a purchase can be confirmed as genuine; Cloudflare, which stores and delivers the photos and videos you upload; Firebase (Google), used for sign-in and push notifications; and service providers assisting us in operating the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. International Data Transfers

Our servers are hosted in Germany (EEA). Photos and videos are stored on Cloudflare's global network, and purchase verification involves RevenueCat, both of which may process data outside the EEA. Data may be transferred internationally in compliance with GDPR and KVKK regulations. Adequate safeguards are applied, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where necessary.

7. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at omegramdev@gmail.com or using the in-app account deletion feature.

Some categories are kept for a defined period regardless of that general rule:

• Purchase and payout records are retained for as long as accounting and tax law requires, because they are financial records.
• Video chat restrictions, including the device identifier and IP address attached to them, are kept for the duration of the restriction and for a short period afterwards so that repeated breaches can be recognised.
• Report evidence, including the still frame captured during a video chat, is kept only for as long as needed to review the report and to act on it.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and restricted access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Omegram is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover such data, it will be deleted promptly. See also our Child Safety and Protection Policy.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Omegram mobile application does not use cookies, advertising identifiers or third-party tracking technologies. Our website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for the site to function. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

11. Your Rights

Under GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; object to processing or restrict processing; withdraw consent at any time; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact omegramdev@gmail.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the app and on our website with the date of revision. Continued use of Omegram constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
