Omegram Child Safety and Protection Policy

1. Purpose

Omegram is committed to providing a safe and positive environment for all users, especially minors. This Child Safety and Protection Policy outlines our principles and actions to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

2. Zero-Tolerance Statement

Omegram maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any behavior that exploits or endangers minors. Any user found to be engaging in, promoting, or sharing CSAM will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

3. Age Requirement

Omegram is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Minors under 18 are not permitted to create accounts, join video chats, or share content through the platform. Users attempting to misrepresent their age will be suspended immediately.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

We provide in-app tools and dedicated reporting channels for users to report suspicious activity or content. Reports can be submitted directly in-app or via email at omegramdev@gmail.com.

Upon receiving a report, Omegram's Trust & Safety team:

• Reviews the report immediately.
• Removes any CSAM or harmful content.
• Suspends the associated account(s).
• Reports the incident to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) or appropriate local authorities.

5. Moderation and Monitoring

Omegram uses a combination of:

• AI-based detection systems to identify CSAM or grooming patterns,
• Human moderators trained to review flagged content,
• Automated filters to prevent uploading or sharing illegal materials.

All video chat sessions and media uploads are monitored under applicable laws to ensure compliance with safety standards.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We protect all user data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable child safety laws. Any evidence collected during investigations is securely stored and shared only with authorized law enforcement agencies. See our full Privacy Policy.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

Omegram cooperates with law enforcement and child protection agencies worldwide to combat online exploitation. All verified CSAE cases are reported following global standards and regulations.

8. Education and Awareness

We educate our users about online safety through:

• Safety pop-ups during registration,
• Guidelines for appropriate behavior,
• Regular reminders about reporting features.
